Refund Policy

At Amped Fitness, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how our returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with all original tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

Contact our customer support team at info@ampedfitness.africa with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us at info@ampedfitness.africa and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if a returned item is not in resalable condition, including (but not limited to) items that show:

• Signs of wear or use
• Damage not caused by us or the courier

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after your return was approved, please first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@ampedfitness.africa.
