Welcome to Amped Fitness (www.ampedfitness.africa). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Amped Fitness is an online retailer of fitness apparel and accessories, operating in South Africa and shipping internationally.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.

3. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, sizing, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in device screens and monitor settings. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Orders & Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. Please contact us immediately at info@ampedfitness.africa if you need to amend an order — we'll do our best to assist before it ships.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination and are estimates only; Amped Fitness is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is the property of Amped Fitness and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under South African consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
