At Amped Fitness, we want your order to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's what to expect.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not yet offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding — check back in future!
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before they are handed over to our courier.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not guaranteed and Amped Fitness is not liable for such delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided or by logging into your account.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Amped Fitness is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at info@ampedfitness.africa — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
